It is powerful, usually right on the mark and if we deny its existence, we’re always sorry later. Yes, mother’s intuition is real. Today, many have lost the confidence our strong ancestors had built into them. Drugs are handed out like candy. In fact, if refused, we are often met with angry words and condescension. There is a better way that many mothers instinctively understand. A way that is safer, non invasive and yields stronger and often better adjusted children. It is the way of nature, of homeopathy, of intelligent mothering.

The media and modern medicine are beginning to catch up to what homeopathy has known for centuries: antibiotics are dangerous drugs and any decision to use them ought to be well weighed. So what do we do to replace antibiotics? Why, homeopathy of course! Homeopathy is a most efficacious method of not just addressing bacteria and virus related pathology, but leaving the sufferer in a better state than the one previous to the illness.

When choosing a homeopathic remedy to counter a cold, look for the most outstanding features of the cold to match the most outstanding of the remedy. A 30th potency administered every 1-3 hours for up to 5 doses is the method most often found efficacious. When improvement ensues, stop the remedy. If need be, most will switch to another remedy after giving the first one a good chance. It takes practice, but once you become adroit with homeopathy, you’ll never return to the old ways.

Homeopathy is unique because it doesn’t treat the illness; it treats the person. This means that 5 people with a cough will receive 5 different remedies, based on the symptoms, or how their illness presents. What ever the presentation, whatever kind of cough, homeopathy has just the right remedy to address it. Not a discount, polyester, one size fits all, but, tailor made, cough specific, person specific. Now that’s what I call real medicine.

Diarrhea – it can be painful, debilitating, embarrassing and even dangerous. However it presents, we don’t want it. Not to worry….homeopathy has a reputation for addressing even the most stubborn cases of diarrhea. In homeopathy, we consider the symptoms key to the illness and an expression of what is going on in the body. So, instead of suppressing the illness, we find a substance in nature that includes the same symptoms the diarrhea presents. Is the diarrhea exhausting? Cramping? Is the person thirsty or hungry? How about the mental state? Is he anxious, irritable or just plain angry? Was there an incident that caused an emotional stress that preceded the diarrhea? All of these idiosyncrasies are the expression of illness that present in tandem with the diarrhea. Hence, they all need to be considered. This is what makes homeopathy so unique and also effective. It views the person, not the disease.

Homeopathy can help dislocations? This is one of those situations where the benefit of modern medicine melds well with homeopathy. The combination of the two has been a mainstay of emergency rooms in hospitals around the world. I urge you to consider boning up on homeopathy so that it is available in your world, as well.

Are you tired of drugs and their side effects? Are you ready for holistic health at its finest? Consider throwing that antiquated theory of just numbing the pain out the window. Then, replace your time consuming appointments, expensive drugs and the cost of your health with homeopathy, the superior medicine. To simply kill pain is not the objective. Instead, the goal is to not only eliminate the suffering on all levels, but to get to the bottom of the problem and unearth it. Wow…what a great idea! Do you know any other method that approaches illness in this manner?

It takes several years of study and many classes to become a certified classical homeopath. Years of clinical work and rigorous tests become a way of life. Yet, I certainly don’t intend to discourage anyone from the idea of entering the field. Although there is a good deal of commitment, it is rewarding work. And we need good homeopaths. My personal goal is to train as many homeopaths and at-home-users -of -homeopathy as possible in my life time. I hope to see a turnaround towards natural medicine in the limelight of health care in the US.

The Chinese language makes no sense to us. It’s incomprehensible and isn’t based on our way of thinking. So, I guess it just doesn’t have value. Hmmm. This is the logic that could be used to dismiss a rich language. What a shame. And yet, based on this same surmise, those who oppose the medical method of homeopathy and other alternative medicine, often use this reasoning. That, too, is a shame.
